 Terms of Service - Tranquil1

Welcome to Tranquil1! By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking & Payment


  • To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required. This amount may vary depending on the services required and event details.
  • Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Rental equipment is charged separately from the booking fee and will be itemized accordingly.
  • Fuel costs for travel to and from the event location are an additional charge and will be calculated based on distance.

2. Cancellations & Refun​ds


  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may receive a partial refund at Tranquil1’s discretion.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • If Tranquil1 has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or we will work with you to reschedule.

3. Service-Specific Terms


TranquilSound (Sound Hire)
  • The client is responsible for ensuring a suitable and safe environment for the equipment and crew.
  • Any damages to our equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or third-party interference will be charged to the client.
  • Our engineers will set up and operate the equipment. Clients are not permitted to tamper with or adjust equipment without permission.
TranquilMedia (Videography, Photography & Livestreaming)
  • Final edits will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Raw footage is not included in standard packages but may be available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Clients must obtain any necessary permissions for filming at venues.
TranquilStudio (Podcast Production & Advice)
  • Studio hire is based on an hourly rate. Exceeding the booked time may result in additional charges.
  • Clients must respect studio equipment and facilities. Any damage caused will be chargeable.
  • Audio files will be delivered digitally. Backup storage is available upon request for an extra charge.

4. Liability & Responsibility


  • Tranquil1 is not liable for external disruptions (e.g., power cuts, weather conditions, third-party issues) that affect service delivery.
  • Clients must ensure any necessary licenses, permissions, or consents are obtained for their events.
  • We will not be responsible for loss of revenue, emotional distress, or other indirect losses due to service delays or issues.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights


  • All content created by Tranquil1 (audio, video, photos, etc.) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to use snippets for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any copyrighted material included in their projects.

6. Health & Safety


  • Clients must adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by our team.
  • We reserve the right to halt services if an environment is deemed unsafe.
  • Any additional security or crowd control measures must be arranged by the client where necessary.

7. Amendments & Disputes


  • Tranquil1 reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
  • Any disputes should be raised in writing within 7 days of service completion.
  • By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
